My wife and I enjoy Evins Mill every couple years or so. The grounds are wonderful and the overall experience is excellent. The staff appears to truly care about their guest. We most recently stayed here for my wife's 40th birthday. My wife was aware we were going, but wasn't aware we had a large group of our friends also there to surprise her. This went off great and everyone in the group was complimentary of the stay.

Our son and DIL gifted us with a stay at Evins Mill Resort for our anniversary. The experience was wonderful! It has a rustic chic decor with a homey elegance. The staff is kind and efficient, and we enjoyed talking with John, the barman and server. The dinner and breakfast were beyond delicious. Tender flank steak, sublime potatoes, grilled broccoli, salad with walnuts, rolls & dessert were so well-prepared. The chef even accommodated my food allergy with gluten-free rolls, pancake, dessert which was much-appreciated. Breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausage, pancake, sweet potato hashbrowns, fruit plate and cooked apples and muffin. So delicious! There are quite a few steps on the overall property which overlooks Fall creek and includes the historic mill building. We stayed in one of the cabin units which was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. And the shower was just right. This is a wonderful place for a special occasion or simply a fine dining experience. We definitely recommend Evins Mill.

The perfect getaway for peace, beauty, and delicious food! Tucked in the quiet hills, complete with rocking chairs on your private porch, and overlooking the stream ensures you forget all about life’s chaos. The staff was so kind! Everyone made sure we had what we needed. The meals, especially dinner were so delicious! This all inclusive country setting is for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect!

I recently organized a peer group retreat at Evins Mill and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the very beginning, communication with the Evins Mill team was fantastic—every detail of booking and planning was handled smoothly and professionally, which I truly value as an organizer. The facility itself is stunning and every bit as beautiful as the photos on their website. Our group was able to relax and focus in such a peaceful, well-maintained environment. The food was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met throughout our stay. I highly recommend Evins Mill for anyone looking to host a corporate retreat or group event. Exceptional service, beautiful setting, and an all-around outstanding experience!

Wonderful people who take extra care of you. Fabulous food, beautiful trails and pretty waterfall. Love the 4 course meal, breakfast and to go lunch . We’ve been 3 x and will be back. They do extra things like having umbrellas by door, afghans on couch, boot cleaners on porches. Game room and pretty bridge.

We just returned from our vacation celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary with a stay at Evins Mill Resort. What a beautiful location, truly a peaceful retreat. The room was comfortable and the meals were AWESOME! Kudos to our chef (I was compelled to visit the kitchen to personally thank her for the 5-star meals we enjoyed) and thanks to our dinner servers, Serenity and Karly. Also, thank you, Tina, for being so friendly and ever present to answer questions and also for being sure we always had our lunch packed and ready to go!! I see why you have managed the resort for over 20 years. Lastly, the hike on the South trail down to the waterfall was certainly challenging (we are not experienced hikers by any means) but this was one of the highlights of our stay, so glad we didn't miss it. Thanks to all of you for a wonderful stay.

Our son married his bride on September 27, 2025. We had a wonderful time, and the beauty of the property and buildings doesn't require much decor. We had full use of the game room. There are many stairs that lead to the rooms, if you are taking someone with walking issues, I would advise against it unless you stay in a certain lodge. My mother would've never made the trip if she had stayed in our room. The rooms: beautiful, a little musty smell, but I expect that with all the trees, leaves, and moisture. My spray I take with me quickly made that go away or pack a candle. The location is wonderful, it is a very small driveway leading up to the resort, so if you drive a large truck, it could be tight. Now to the best part besides the scenery, Tina, she was absolutely great helping us with rehearsal, wedding, and reception. She is amazing! The other staff was wonderful; I just got to know her better. This is a beautiful place, my husband and I plan to return for a getaway soon, so that we can relax. Oh, and the view from our room, Lawrence One, had a running creek and it was so relaxing. A beautiful wedding and a beautiful resort. We are blessed. Thank you to the owners and staff, you have an amazing resort! Kim & Jason Patterson (Morgan and Devin Johnson Wedding)
